A roundtable to mark the publication of Richard Clogg's Greek to Me: A Memoir of Academic Life (I.B.Tauris, 2018). A wine reception to follow.
Professor Richard Clogg formerly taught at SSEES and at King's College, where latterly he was Professor of Modern Balkan History. His publications include A Concise History of Greece (translated into 13 languages, including all the languages of the Balkans); A Short History of Modern Greece; Parties and Elections in Greece; Politics and the Academy: Arnold Toynbee and the Koraes Chair; Anatolica: Studies in the Greek East in the Eighteenth and Nineteenth Centuries and Anglo-Greek Attitudes: Studies in History. He is currently an Emeritus Fellow of St Antony’s College, Oxford.
