Russia and the West returns after two very successful events on US and Russian foreign policy. In our final event of our first series, we look forward to discussing the future of US-Russian relations.

Dana Allin (IISS, London)
Dana is the IISS Senior Fellow for US Foreign Policy and Transatlantic Affairs, as well as the Editor of the IISS journal Survival: Global Politics and Strategy. Topic TBC.
Jakob Parakilas (Chatham House London)
Jakob is the assistant head of the US and Americas Program at Chatham House. He has worked at the World Security Institute, the Arms Control Association, and the US Department of Homeland Security. Jakob will be speaking on the potential directions the various U.S. presidential candidates might take Russia policy.
Heather Williams (King's College London)
Heather is a Security Studies Research Associate at Kings College London. Formerly a Research Fellow on Nuclear Weapons Policy at Chatham House, she has also worked for the Institute for Defense Analyses in Washington, D.C. as well as the U.S. Department of Defense Chemical and Biological Defense Program.
In accordance with her research under Sir Professor Lawrence Freedman, Heather will be speaking on “A Relationship of Deterrence and Trust” regarding arms control, non-proliferation, missile defense, and nuclear weapons policy. Fourth Special Guest To Be Confirmed
