Please be aware that in contributing to UCL SSEES you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media worldwide. This may include other areas of the UCL SSEES website and publication in printed materials.

It is important to note, however, that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute to UCL SSEES and that if your image is accepted, we will endeavour to publish your name alongside it, unless you request otherwise. Please note that due to operational reasons accreditation will not always be possible. UCL SSEES cannot guarantee that all pictures will be used and we reserve the right to edit your comments.

We may need to contact you for administrative or verification purposes in relation to your contribution. This will usually be by the email address you submit your pictures from, but may be by other means if you provide us with them. We will keep your contact details confidential and we will only use them to contact you for this purpose.
