We cover Office for Students (OfS), Prevent, Consumer Protection Law (often referred to as CMA – Consumer Marketing Authority), and DBS requirements.

Prevent at UCL

Our approach to Prevent is primarily one of safeguarding the welfare of our students and staff. We also balance the duty against our commitment to freedom of speech and other key legislation.

DBS Checks for Students

SRS Compliance is responsible for oversight and compliance with the Student DBS process and supports the Student Enquiries Team and Admissions team to process DBS checks as required.
