Exam Board Support

The Exam Board Support webpages should be your first port of call, offering comprehensive information on all exam board processes, from progression and award activities in advance of the board meeting to guidance on conducting the meeting itself.

Mark Entry Support

Departments are encouraged to review the recordings and support materials for mark entry on the SLS website: Mark Entry Guidance

Student Lifecycle Services will hold a drop-in Q&A session, via Teams, for departmental staff to come along and ask any questions they may have regarding mark entry. This will be held at 2pm on Wednesday 20th May, staff can join by following this link (which will also be disseminated as a calendar invite). The expectation is that the recordings will be viewed in advance of the drop in session. Staff only need to attend if they have additional questions.

A reminder that the mark entry deadline for 2025/26 is Monday 15th June 2026

Exam Board Training Session

An all-faculty Exam Board Training session will be held on Wednesday 27th May from 2pm to 3.30pm (please join using this link) and an invite has also been circulated. This session is aimed at all colleagues involved in exam boards and the related Portico processes. In addition, the session will be recorded and added to the Exam Board Support webpages for reference.

In addition, the Training materials section of the Exam Board Support pages Portico Progression & Award tasks and includes both written guidance and video walkthroughs as well as links to previous training recordings and presentations.

If you need support with the Moodle Transfer Wizard or WISEflow Assessment UCL, please review the guidance for these processes separately.
