Departmental module approvals now open

Departments now have access to the module approval task – please complete this by 10 July
Continuing Student Module Selection closed on the 15 May. As of the 18 May departments have access to give approvals for both teaching department and parent department.
Please complete this task by the 10 July. Regular reports will be sent to departments detailing outstanding approvals as we approach the deadline.
Key dates are:
Departmental review of module capacity Review module numbers and consider any adjustments to provision (for example more/fewer tutorial groups required) as well as identify room requirement adjustments. Liaise with Timetable Services for any required changes. | 18 May 2026 onwards | UCL week 39 onwards |
Module approvals for continuing student module selection Parent/home departments and teaching departments should ensure all module approvals are complete by 10th July. | 18 May – 10 July 2026 | UCL week 39 - UCL week 46 |

Improved student module selection website
Working with the UCL VPEE Digital Team the student facing module selection website has been improved, making it easier to navigate and removing duplicated information regarding the key tasks: https://www.ucl.ac.uk/study/current-students/student-status/module-selection
