Timetable Event Data Collection Exercise 2026/27 – Launch and Training Sessions

Three training sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams in January (details below). Links to the meetings will be shared via the Timetabling Services Microsoft Teams page.

Departmental Timetablers will need to attend one of these training sessions as a prerequisite for gaining access to the 2026/27 CMIS dataset.

Training Session Details:

There are two deadlines for data entry this year.

• Large events (capacity 187+) must be entered or reviewed in CMIS by Friday 06 March 2026.

All other events must be entered or reviewed in CMIS by Friday 27 March 2026.
