Approval of exceptional delayed enrolment for new UCL Students 2025

The enrolment deadline for new students is coming up on Friday, 10^th of October 12pm. 

From 12 noon on the 10^th of October, any students at PE (pre-enrolled) status, will be reviewed and enrolled, if possible. Any students that are still at XE and PE will then be closed afterwards on the 10^th of October CoB. 

New students who have experienced exceptional difficulties meeting the enrolment deadline are eligible for delayed enrolment.  

For a delayed enrolment request for new students between 11^th  and 20^th of October 2025, please direct students to complete the Delayed Enrolment Request Form. 

For requesting delayed enrolment for new students from 21^st of October 2025 onwards, please reach out to your Faculty in the first instance. 

We will do our best to action any requests within 2 working days of receipt. 

Reminder: Mod/Flex students will still need to formally enrol even if they are not planning to take any modules this academic year, please encourage them to do so.  

IMPORTANT: This is the delayed enrolment process for new students only. Continuing students that have failed to re-enrol by the re-enrolment deadline will have to follow a different procedure/use a different form which will be shared beginning of October.
