Deadline for assessment date bulk upload

The Assessment Dates Task is available in Portico until 31 October for departments to enter their assessment dates by bulk upload.

Dates can be uploaded for all terms in the 2025/26 academic year. The task will be reopened for revisions on the following dates:

Term 2:        5 – 23 January 2026
Term 3:        30 March – 8 May 2026

Please note:

• Centrally-managed exams will be appear on the downloaded spreadsheet. Please do not populate these dates. The Exams and Assessment Services Team will be responsible for adding them to Portico. 
• Ensure you add dates in the format DD/MM/YYYY. Sharing spreadsheets via Teams can cause confusion and amend the dates to the American format, so we recommend avoiding using Teams to share the spreadsheet, or, if you do, double check the dates are correct before upload. 
• Do not use weekend dates or UCL closure dates for submissions. 

Populated Assessment Dates are essential for the submission of Delayed Assessment Permits, for the Extenuating Circumstances task and for calculating adjusted Reasonable Academic Adjustment deadlines.
