Alternative Assessments staff survey

The Beyond the SoRA Programme was commissioned last Academic Year and has already delivered some fantastic developments including the new Portico workflow for the renamed Reasonable Academic Adjustments. With this priority work launched, we are now able to formally launch the Alternative Assessments workstream which aims to explore the benefits and challenges for staff and students, and build a matrix of assessment types and adjustments for use across UCL in order to better embed inclusive practices and curriculum design in teaching.

Here you will find the link to a survey developed by this workstream. This is designed to be a thorough analysis of the assessment landscape at UCL. While we appreciate this is a long survey, your responses will be crucial in giving us full oversight so we can design a matrix that delivers comprehensive, inclusive education.

We welcome individual members of academic and teaching staff to complete the survey but also encourage collective returns on behalf of a programme team, faculty, or department if staff find that preferable. Either way, please try to ensure that there is one return per department. The survey will close Friday 14 November.
