Getting PGR Records Ready for Next Session

The Research Degrees team will be creating the enrolment records for the 2025 session for continuing research students in the next few weeks.  This is to make sure the records are set up ready for the Form S process to open in early June.  There will not be any impact on the students at this stage, but it does mean the records are ready for them to be invited to re-enrol in August. If you have any students who are going through some form of academic insufficiency process and who should not be invited to re-enrol, please contact Research Degrees by the end of July at the latest so the appropriate action can be taken on the student’s record.

Departments should review students records to ensure that expected end dates are in the future, and to request entry to CRS in good time to ensure records are accurate.
