Departmental module approvals now open

Departments now have access to the module approval task – please complete this by 11 July
Continuing Student Module Selection closed on the 16 May. As of the 19 May departments have access to give approvals for both teaching department and parent department.
Please complete this task by the 11 July.
Key dates are:

| Departmental review of module capacity | 19 May 2025 onwards |
| Review module numbers and consider any adjustments to provision (for example more/fewer tutorial groups required) as well as identify room requirement adjustments. Liaise with Timetable Services for any required changes. | |
| Module approvals for continuing student module selection | 19 May – 11 July 2025 |
| Parent/home departments and teaching departments should ensure all module approvals are complete by 11th July. | |
| Continuing students informed of module outcomes | 14-Jul-25 |
| Via Portico task and email. | |
| Continuing students request module amendment and reselection | 14 July – 28 July 2025 |
