CIM Network launched on Teams
16 May 2025
The CIM Network will bring together colleagues working on all areas of UCL’s curriculum
We are currently in the process of improving Curriculum Information Management (CIM) at UCL. Central to this is the implementation of a new CIM system, CourseLoop. This is being delivered by the CIM Product Team and will be managed by the CIM Services team within Student Registry Student Operations once it is live from December 2025 onwards.
Ahead of CourseLoop go live, we have launched the CIM Network on Teams to bring together colleagues from across the university who work on curriculum-related processes. We will use the Network to post updates on the rollout of CourseLoop, such as: confirmation of when we meet implementation milestones, when testing and training will take place, and if we encounter any changes to our implementation plan. Once CourseLoop is live, we aim to make the Network a helpful tool for users to share best practice and seek advice from others.
The CIM Network can be found here: CIM Network | Broadcast | Microsoft Teams. Please click to view the Network and join if you are not already a member. Remember to activate notifications for all channels so that you don't miss any posts.
We will soon start posting regular updates and sharing important information about CIM on the Network, so please do engage with the posts and share with colleagues as appropriate. If there is anybody you think should be added to the Network, do send them the link to join. We also encourage colleagues to visit the CIM SharePoint to access further information about our work in this area.
