4 August: Rolling forward the current academic year in Portico

On 4 August from 5pm, the current academic year setting in Portico will be changed from 2024/25 to 2025/26 in preparation for the coming academic session.

All processes and reports in Portico that automatically populate with or use the current academic year will default to 2025/26 after this date. This means you will need to select or enter an earlier academic year where required, in particular if you are still interested in 2024/25 activities or data.
