Graduation ceremonies 2025

We’re excited to share the final schedule for the 2025 graduation ceremonies, including the dates and times for each faculty. This information has been communicated to both graduates and faculty communication leads, and you can find additional details on the schedule and eligibility page here. 

During the Portico expression of interest phase in January, nearly 18,000 students expressed their intention to attend this year’s graduation ceremonies! To ensure these celebrations are a success, we need your support. These events rely on a team effort, and your involvement would be greatly appreciated. Please sign up via the form by Tuesday, February 25th. We’ll confirm May shifts soon, with July and September shifts to follow. 

Registration for the Platform Party will also be opening soon. This opportunity is available to both teaching and professional services staff who would like to participate on the platform during the ceremonies. Feel free to attend as many ceremonies as you’d like—students truly value the support as they cross the stage! We will notify faculty communications leads once the registration is open. 

Graduates who’ve indicated interest in attending will be invited to confirm their participation and register through the Graduation Portal shortly. The portal will open at the end of February for May and July graduates, and at the end of July for September graduates. Graduates will be able to book their student ticket, purchase guest tickets, hire their gown, or purchase photography.
