Details of key dates and guidance for new student module selection.
New Student Module Selection
New students starting in September 2025 who are pre-enrolled or fully enrolled will be invited to select from Monday 08 September 2025 and must select by Friday 10 October 2025. As more new students go from expected to enrol to pre or fully enrolled, we will be identifying these students twice daily and generating their diets, so they can make their module selections (where applicable).
Continuing Student Module Selection
Reminders will be sent on a weekly basis to continuing students who have not made any selections in the previous rounds of continuing module selections.

As more new students complete pre-enrolment, they are sent an email about module select with instructions on how to select if they have module choices | Ongoing from Monday 08 September 2025 |
Module selection closes for all students | Friday 10 October 2025 |
Student Module Verification - asking students to confirm their selections are correct on Portico or contact their home/parent department if changes are required (particularly to ensure accurate records for exam timetabling activities) | Wednesday 19 November – Wednesday 03 December 2025 |
Departments have access to amend T2/3 modules from 19 November until 12 December. Faculty module amend remains open throughout. | Friday 12 December 2025 |
