LSA mark entry deadline

A reminder to departments that the mark entry deadline for all LSA assessments is Friday 12 September 2025. Colleagues are encouraged to enter marks as soon as they are available.

LSA Results for Continuing Students – re-opening mark entry

Sub-boards for LSA results should be held as soon as possible, so that progression outcomes for continuing students can be approved and students invited to re-enrol (where applicable). If you need to prioritise certain sub-sets of students and have not completed mark entry for all modules going to the board, please go ahead and confirm the outcomes that are available. From 08 September, Student Lifecycle Services will be running daily checks on modules that need to be re-opened for mark entry, to avoid delays to your sub-boards.

If the outcome of the sub-board is that a student needs to withdraw from the programme, interrupt and resit or repeat a period of study, the record will be amended accordingly. Students permitted to progress will have their enrolment updated from Uncertain Progression to Expected to Enrol and invited to complete re-enrolment.
