Portico development change freeze scheduled from 8 May 2025

A change freeze will be in place for Portico from 8 May to 16 June to support phase 2 testing of the new Admissions system which involves the transfer of data between the two systems.

This change freeze does not affect applicant and student records management which will continue as usual.

During this temporary pause, no non-essential updates or developments will be deployed to the live Portico service to maintain stability between the live and test environments and minimise risk during this critical phase of the project. Emergency and high priority changes will still be permitted, subject to approval by the SITS Change Advisory Board.

Product Teams will continue to work on other Portico developments and updates in preparation for deployment after the change freeze.
