Graduates delighted to receive award documentation at Graduation

The presentation of hard copy award documentation at the September graduation ceremonies was a great success. Over 5,000 graduates received their hard copy award certificates and transcripts enabling them to share it with their family and friends on their special day.

Masters and Research graduates (who had previously received their hard copy award documentation) each received a congratulation letter along with details of how to access further proof of their award if needed.

Colleagues from the Student Lifecycle team attended all 17 ceremonies across the week and personally greeted each graduate after they had crossed the stage, offering each graduate congratulations on their achievement and providing them with their hard copy award documentation.

Feedback on the day was extremely positive with graduates delighted to be receiving their hard copy award documentation as part of their graduation experience.

Following on from this success we are looking forward to working with our colleagues in the graduation team to build the presentation of certificates into future undergraduate ceremonies.
