Undergraduate Prospectus 2026 entry Copy Call

Preparations are underway for the Undergraduate Prospectus 2026 entry, which is published both in print and online.
We start undergraduate copy call at this time every year to make sure programme information is published in print and online ahead of the first student recruitment fair of the new recruitment cycle (UK University Search Surrey, 4 March 2025).
We have been in touch with Faculty Comms and Marketing colleagues for initial updates to the printed prospectus; programme leads will be contacted later this week to confirm/update details for specific degree programmes before the end of November.
The online copy call for the Undergraduate Prospectus 2026 entry is the annual process of updating all programme summaries in Portico for our undergraduate programmes for publication in the online Undergraduate Prospectus.
This year’s online copy call will run from Monday, 2 December 2024 until Friday, 14 February 2025.
Timeline for existing undergraduate programmes:
Monday, 2 December 2024 | Start of online copy call |
Friday, 14 February 2025 | Copy approved by your Faculty Marketing and Communications team (they may set their own deadline before this) |
Monday, 17 February 2025 | Publications team begins process of approving programmes (subject to checks) for publication in the online Undergraduate Prospectus |
Late February 2025 | Publication of Undergraduate Prospectus for 2026 entry |
Monday, 31 March 2025 | Remaining undergraduate summaries faculty approved. Closed to further edits (except where a formal amendment requires these) |
