Student Module Verification Task

Students will be invited to confirm their modules are correct between 20 November – 04 December 2024

Students will be invited to confirm their module registrations are correct via the Student Module Verification task. This will run from 20 November to 04 December. It is a straightforward task for students – they need to log into Portico and must select ‘I agree’ or ‘I do not agree’.

If a student selects ‘I do not agree’ they are advised to contact their home/parent department to have these corrected.

Student Lifecycle Services will share with departments on 05 December the students who selected ‘I do not agree’ or who did not engage with the task, to ensure the amendments can be made.

In addition, Student Lifecycle Services will share with departments students who do not have the correct number of credits, so these errors can be addressed during the module verification task.

Departments will have until 13 December to ensure all student module records are correct.

It is important this task is undertaken by the deadline, to ensure module registrations are correct which will feed into the examination timetabling task.
