Undergraduate, ITE, and Postgraduate Taught Offer Holder PDFs have been generated for 2025 UCL programme offer holders

Programme Summary Offer Holder PDFs for 2025 have now been generated, Undergraduate and ITE on 30 October, and Postgraduate Taught on 1 November 2024.

When an offer is made to an applicant, an offer holder PDF is attached to their applicant portal along with an offer letter. The PDFs provide a brief outline of the programme including information on department, faculty, accessibility, modes of study, programme description, accreditation, contact hours, modules available, contact details, and more.

These Offer Holder PDFs are sourced from Programme Summaries edited and approved by departments and faculties during copy call for the respective prospectuses.

For legal and compliance reasons, each offer holder PDF must be a fair and accurate reflection of a programme. Any programme changes after the PDF generation must go through the post copy call amendment process and then a new PDF is created and attached to applicant portals.
