New look Portico login page following December upgrade

The Portico login page will have a new look and sign in method following the upgrade to version 10.8 taking place on 6-9 December. You will need to choose the appropriate login option to access Portico:

• Staff, Students and External Examiners Login
  Select this option to sign in to Portico via Microsoft Sign In with the same details you use to access other UCL systems such as Email & Calendar, MS Teams and Moodle (i.e. username@ucl.ac.uk and password). If you are already logged into another UCL browser-based system using Microsoft Sign In, you will not be prompted to re-enter your login details to access Portico.
  
  
  
• Applicants Login
  This option should only be used by applicants. When selected, username and password prompts will be displayed into which applicants will need to enter their registered email address and password.
  
  
  

Further information will be available on the Portico login page for anyone needing help with the new access methods. 

Access to SITS Client for authorised users will also be via Microsoft Sign In following the upgrade. You will be prompted to sign in each time you access the system or open a new environment from the Appstream Catalog. As part of the sign in process, you will occasionally be required to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
