Timetabling 2024/25 Update

On Friday 17 May, Timetabling Services reopened the CMIS 2024/25 timetable dataset to colleagues who completed training/timetabling data entry in Jan-March 2024.

We have completed the main round of auto rooming for 2024/25. Please note:

• The main round of auto rooming focuses on space allocations for events of 5+ week duration.
• Events of 4 week duration or less have not yet been allocated (with some exceptions in off campus spaces).
• All UCL East event requests have been entered/roomed – there are c.25 events that cannot be roomed and separate comms have already been sent to those departments who are affected.
• We are looking at contracts with external providers – confirmation of spaces from external providers is pending, and we have not allocated into any external provider spaces at this stage.

Change Logs 2024/25

New Change Log workbooks for 2024/25 have been added to Faculty TT Support MS Teams pages (Link here: TT Support | General | Microsoft Teams).

Please do not log queries for events that remain unroomed – we continue to look for solutions for unroomed events.

If you are proposing changes to an event that will allow the event to be roomed, please continue to use the log.
