Launching 12 June: new workflow for Withdrawal requests

We will launch our new workflow for Withdrawal requests on Portico on June 12.

From this date, new Withdrawal requests will be submitted by students and processed by staff on Portico, replacing C2RS for new requests (requests submitted before this date will be processed to completion on C2RS).

This will provide a simpler, more intuitive process for students and staff and represents the next step in our transition of Change of Circumstance processes from C2RS to Portico.  

The look and feel of the Withdrawals workflow will be very similar to the Programme Transfer workflow which we launched on Portico last year, providing consistency in user experience for staff and students across Change of Circumstances. 

A representative from each Faculty will start to set up Faculty and Department Members who require access to the new workflow from 29 May.

All new users will receive an email with links to user guidance and we will also update our staff and student Withdrawals webpages with updated guidance and FAQs in line with this launch.
