Now live: new workflow for Withdrawal requests
12 June 2024
Our new workflow on Portico replaces C2RS for new Withdrawal requests
We have launched our new workflow for Withdrawal requests on Portico.
From 12 June, new Withdrawal requests for Taught programmes will be submitted by students and processed by staff on Portico, replacing C2RS for new requests (requests submitted before 12 June will be processed to completion on C2RS).
Updated Withdrawals guidance and FAQs are provided for staff and students:
A representative from each Faculty has set up Withdrawals workflow access for Faculty / Department Members identified as requiring access to the new workflow. These individuals will have received an email to confirm their access from the Current Student team. If you have not yet been added to the workflow and require access, please contact the nominated person for your Faculty:
Faculty | Who to contact for set up |
Bartlett | Steve Ridge |
Arts / SHS | Alice Clark |
Pop Health / Brain | Stephanie Howes |
Engineering | Ros Fanning |
MAPS | Sital Patel |
Life | Gillian Hogg |
IOE | Cara Hackleton / Kristina Narvet / Elke Theissl |
Med Sciences | Susan Beesley |
LAWS | Sonia Hirji |
Please note: Postgraduate Research students should not use the Portico workflow until further notice. Instead, they should discuss their request with their supervisor or departmental research administrator who will then email the UCL Research Degrees team confirming the effective date and reason for withdrawal. If you receive a request via the Withdrawals workflow on Portico from a PGR student, please contact them to let them know that they should use this alternative process and then cancel their request on Portico. We plan to bring PGR Withdrawal requests into the Withdrawals workflow from the start of the next Academic year.
