Joint Faculties Disaggregation

Over the course of the 2023-24 Academic Year, the Education Team supporting the faculties of Arts & Humanities and Social & Historical Sciences – widely known as the Joint Faculties Office – has been undergoing a process of disaggregation. From the 2024-25 Academic Year, there will be two new Faculty Education & Student Experience (ESE) Teams, each based in and supporting one of those faculties.

The current arrangement whereby both faculties are supported by a single team will continue for the duration of the 2023-24 Academic Year, up to 31^st August 2024. As at present, this team can be contacted on ah-shs-faculty@ucl.ac.uk. Please note that regular monitoring of this mailbox will be discontinued from 1^st September 2024, so if you currently use or reference this please update any mailing lists / webpages / records accordingly.

From September 2024, the new teams can be contacted as follows:

The Social & Historical Sciences ESE Team can be contacted on shs.education@ucl.ac.uk. You can find details of the team members on the SHS Faculty webpages. They will be based in the Andrew Huxley Building (the current location of the Joint Faculties Education Team).

The Arts & Humanities ESE Team can be contacted on ah-education@ucl.ac.uk. You can find details of the team members on the A&H Faculty webpages. They will be based in the South Wing.
