SITS/Portico upgrade completed

The SITS/Portico upgrade to version 10.8 was completed earlier this week thanks to the outstanding efforts of the teams involved. Access to this critical system was restored as planned on Monday 9 December, and students were once again able to submit DAPs and extenuating circumstances claims via this service.

If you encounter any issues with the upgraded system, please raise a request via MyServices.

Dates for future upgrades

The next two annual upgrades will be taking place in December on the following dates:

• 5-8 December 2025
• 4-7 December 2026
