New students starting in January 2025

The invitation to these events is extended to those returning from interruption and to any returning student who wishes to continue their induction. 

Key dates for January starters:

• Invitations to pre-enrol will be sent to new students from Wednesday 6 November 
• Welcome to UCL emails will be sent to new students on Monday 2 December, Monday 9 December and Thursday 2 January 
• Invitations to select modules (if applicable) will be sent to new students from Wednesday 11 December 
• International and Affiliate student events hosted on Friday 10 January  
• Support Services Fair in the Roberts Building Foyer on Friday 10 January and Monday 13 January 
• Walk-in service for new student ID cards in South Quad Pop-up on Friday 10 January and Monday 13 January 
• Deadline for module selection is Friday 17 January 
• Deadline for enrolment (for those with 13 January start date) is Friday 24 January
• Doctoral School online induction event and researcher panel and networking event to be hosted in early February

Reminder - New to UCL survey

The online survey for new students who started September 2024 is live until the 17 December. Please help us in promoting this to your new students.
