New EC system now live

Students will now submit EC requests and departments will manage and process requests via Portico

Students will now submit EC claims and associated evidence (where applicable) using ECsOnline, our new EC system on Portico.  

Claims will be routed to the relevant Department EC Panel who will be notified of the claim and can review claims and accept / reject or request further information as applicable. Department EC panels can also escalate claims to Faculty EC panels where necessary. 

The new EC process will be used by all departments across UCL for EC requests relating to assessments taking place in 2022/23.  

UG student EC requests relating to the recent LSAs will continue to be managed via the former method along with any PG and PGT students completing in Autumn 2022.

If you are an EC Panel Member, your Faculty will set up your access and we will send those of you who have been set up an email to confirm this.
