Transferring marks from AssessmentUCL to Portico
17 May 2022
Find out when and how to transfer marks from AssessmentUCL to Portico
For centrally managed assessments the marking period on AssessmentUCL finishes on 9 June in readiness for the transfer of marks to Portico deadline of 10 June.
Once the marking period has finished, you should check that final marks have been entered for all students and then transfer the marks to Portico.
Please note that you will only be able to transfer marks ONCE and after the marking period has closed. Therefore, you should only transfer marks when you have a full set of marks for your assessment. If Assessors and Reviewers, have marked offline, they should import their marks back into AssessmentUCL in advance of the transfer of marks to Portico, this will avoid the need to manually input marks to Portico.
