CDM Modules and Assessments and Programme Diet Maintenance Changes for 2022-23 opening w/c 29th November 2021
In the week commencing Monday 29th November 2021, we will be opening to departments Curriculum Data Maintenance: Modules and Assessments and Programme Diet Maintenance Changes for 2022/23.
Curriculum Data Maintenance: Modules and Assessments
The Curriculum Data Maintenance: Modules and Assessments task (within the Curricular Management section of Portico) will be opened so that you can make changes to modules for 2022/23 ready for the publication of the UCL Module Catalogue for 2022/23 which will take place in March 2022. Within this task you can make the following changes:
- Withdraw modules (i.e indicate that the module will never run again)
- Suspend and un-suspend modules and module deliveries for 2022/23
- Amend module delivery teaching terms
- Amend module catalogue information such as the module description, keywords, contact information and tutor
Curriculum Data Maintenance: Programme Diet Maintenance
The Curriculum Data Maintenance: Diets task (within the Curricular Management section of Portico) will be opened so that you can make changes to diets for 2022/23 Academic Year.
- Amending diet helptext
- Adding/deleting modules from optional and elective elements
- Amending diet helptext against optional / elective elements
Training
A department/faculty briefing session on these activities will be held more information to follow. The invite to the briefing session will be cascaded to departmental colleagues who take part in these activities by faculties/Student Lifecycle Team in due course. If you are unable to attend, a recording will be made available soon after. Also, at the beginning of January 2022, online training materials on the activities will be made available to departments.
