Classification changes for 2019/20 assessments
18 May 2021
Changes to Classification for this year’s Exam Boards
If a student was taught or assessed in a module in 2019/20 they will be eligible for the 2019/20 No Detriment classification on those modules.
This includes UG and PGT finalists and non-finalists. Some Integrated Masters programmes also have adjusted progression requirements.
General No Detriment Classification principle
The basic approach for No Detriment Classification is to use only the best 50% of any assessments taken in the 2019/20 academic session for classification purposes, unless this would disadvantage the student.
