Student Enquiry Management Town Hall
26 March 2021
What’s next for Student Enquiry Management at UCL? Sign up to our Town Hall meeting to find out!
From the opening of our Student Centre building on campus to launching the SID (askUCL) Student Enquiries Management System, we have achieved a considerable amount in the last two years to reduce the confusion for students around where they can go for support.
In response to the changing landscape for UCL and our students it is now more vital than ever that we collaborate to ensure all student groups are supported; using a ‘student centred’ view.
So what is next for UCL’s vision for student enquiry management and support?
Join Wendy Appleby (Registrar and Head of Student and Registry Services) at the Town Hall on either 31st March from 1-3pm or 20th April from 12.15-2pm to discuss:
- How is SID (askUCL) already benefitting students?
- What should we be doing more of to help direct students to the place to go for answers?
- How could the system help your department to support your students in the future?
Plus, we will be joined by Frank Sowrey, Divisional Manager of School Pharmacy, who will be sharing his team’s experience of using the new system.
As we refresh our vision for Student Enquiry Management we want your input, so please sign up now!
