How can staff users provide feedback and request support?
As the system expands and our users grow, we want to ensure that we are receiving your feedback and aware of any issues you may be facing. We have already set up some of these groups with our professional services teams and will develop the streams for the Personal Tutoring once out of the pilot phase.
While we might not be able to put in place development or enhancement requests right away – we are committed to hearing your views and suggestions. These can be discussed at the Champion forum or through a User Meeting. For any changes that affect all users, this will be subject to approval by the SID Working Group.

The Champion Forum is attended by the system champions and managers and is a facilitated discussion with the SIDhelp team.
The User Meetings can be requested and can be termly meetings to receive your feedback as well as discussions on development or enhancement requests.
The SID Working group is where decisions will be made that impact all users and the future planning of the system. Find out more about the SID Working Group.
