PGT results and awards processing deadlines, and when students will receive their results and degree documentation
The main PGT Exam Board period runs from 16 November – 27 November 2020.

Release of Results
Students will receive an email to their UCL email account with details of their results/award, and information regarding dispatch of their degree documentation. Results will also be available for students to view on Portico.
As UCL will be closed for the festive period from Monday 21 December 2020 - Monday 4 January 2021, students will be able to use their results email for verification purposes to third parties whilst UCL is closed. Normal verification services will resume from Monday 4 January 2021.
Departments may release provisional results to students ahead of the official release of results following UCL’s protocol for the release of provisional marks.
Degree Documentation
Students will receive their Degree Certificate and 5 copies of their official transcript by the end of March 2021, or within three months of conferral of their award where this is approved outside of the main cycle or by Chair’s Action.
Students will be able to request a Statement of Award upon confirmation of their results via email.
Students can place an order for an e-transcript via the online store ahead of receipt of their official documentation.
