Managers guidance: Supporting Black staff at work
A document has been developed by UCL’s EDI team in consultation with UCL's Race Equality Steering Group and HR colleagues to provide guidance to line managers on supporting Black staff. It can also be a useful resource for colleagues.
View the guidance on the UCL equality, diversity and inclusion website and please share within your teams.
Sunflower Lanyard Scheme
The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard scheme is an initiative designed to act as a discreet sign that somebody has an invisible disability and requires additional assistance while out in public. UCL supports the UCL Sunflower Lanyard scheme and more information is available on the UCL website.
