Portico/SITS Support Update

Recent changes to Portico support arrangements
First and second line support of SITS and Portico recently moved from Academic Services to ISD:
- Portico Data Configuration (formally Portico Services) has now been renamed Student Systems: Support and Improvement which brings it in line with other related ISD team
- The role of the Portico Helpdesk has been absorbed into ISD IT Services
As a result of these changes, all issues with either SITS or Portico (be they service requests, reporting a fault etc.) must be initially raised via the ISD IT Services team either over the phone on 020 7679 5000 (internal 25000) or via email: itservices@ucl.ac.uk (contacting this address will create a help ticket in RemedyForce allowing the issue to be tracked). The IT Services tea, will triage the issue there and, if need be, pass it on to the appropriate team to take this further if they cannot resolve the issue themselves.
If you wish to contact Student Systems: Support and Improvement for more general purposes (notifications etc.) then you can use: student-systems-si@ucl.ac.uk – this will be sent to all members of the team.
Emails to the following addresses may no longer be read, so please do not use these going forwards:

- portico-data-configuration@ucl.ac.uk
If you have any automated processes that generate emails to any of the above addresses, please update them as appropriate. Ultimately these addresses will be removed from usage in the future.
