PGT results and awards processing deadlines and information on graduation eligibility for 2020 Ceremonies
There are a number of deadlines approaching relating to January Exam Boards including results processing, approval and release of results/awards to students. These are detailed below:

Please note that Postgraduate students must have a conferred award on their record by 01 April 2020, to be eligible to attend a Graduation Ceremony in 2020.
Results and awards from Main Exam Boards taking place in January 2020, or any late awards approved by Chair’s Action, must be processed and approved in Portico by 20 March 2020 to be invited to a ceremony this year. Awards approved after this date will be invited to a ceremony in 2021.
Graduation Deadline for Integrated Masters students
Students registered on a 4 year Integrated Masters’ Degree who wish to leave in Year 3 with a Bachelors award, must have the change approved on Portico by 24 April 2020 to be eligible to attend a ceremony this year. Students whose change is approved after this date will be invited to a ceremony in 2021.
Students on a Tier 4 Visa are not permitted to change programmes, but can still be invited to a ceremony. Please contact Student Records providing the student name and ID number by 24 April 2020.
Following the Exam Board meetings in June 2020, students who are advised they cannot continue to the fourth year of their programme and will be awarded a BSc/BEng, or students who elect to be awarded a Bachelors degree, will be unable to attend a Graduation Ceremony this year, but will be invited to register to attend a ceremony in 2021.
