Start of session 2019: update
10 September 2019
Learn more about enrolment arrangements and communications
In preparation for the start of session, the majority of records for incoming students have now been created and they have been sent details about the pre-enrolment process, which more than 12,000 students have already completed. On completion of pre-enrolment, students are sent details of their enrolment appointment, which will either be during the International Student Orientation Programme or during the days from 22 – 27 September.
Please encourage your students to attend enrolment at their appointed time to help keep queues to a minimum. Full details of enrolment for new students can be found on the New Students website.
Students who have not pre-enrolled by Monday 16 September will be emailed with details of their enrolment appointments. The final date for enrolment for new students is 4pm on Friday 11 October.
Please remember that students on distance learning or non-resident programmes do not need to enrol in person. Student Records staff will complete enrolment for these students from 16 September, once they have pre-enrolled and uploaded scans of their ID documentation.
Once pre-enrolled, new students are able to select their modules or review their compulsory modules for the coming year.
We have also set up a report which you can use to check the enrolment status of your students, either individually or by programme or enrolment status. The Student Programme Status report can be used to check the enrolment status of your students. This report can be found in the Data Quality Reports container on the Awards, Assessment and Achievements page in Portico.
