Reminder to register for the academic procession (July ceremonies deadline approaching) If you would like to be part of the academic procession and sit on the stage at Graduation 2019, you will need to enter your details into Portico. Once you have logged in, Portico will populate some of the details for you but there will be other boxes you will need to complete. All staff in the academic procession must be in full academic dress so do remember to include your gown hire details. If you have attended a ceremony before, your gown details will automatically appear for you to check.

Once you have confirmed your ceremony choice, you will be presented with all of your details to review. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page and click ‘Confirm and Submit’ to complete your registration.

This must be completed by the following deadlines:

For July ceremonies: Monday 10 June
For August ceremonies: Monday 8 July
For September ceremonies: Monday 12 August
