Supported sessions to help staff with mark entry and processing matters
To support staff with the new mark schemes and processes, Student Records will be holding the following drop-in sessions in March:

The purpose of these sessions is to assist staff with specific issues they have encountered when entering or processing marks. At the session staff will work through your particular queries with you with the aim of finding a resolution or referring on more complex queries for further investigation.
Please note that this is not a training session. A suite of Portico Mark Processing training videos and FAQs are available which provide detailed guidance on all the new mark schemes. We strongly advise you make use of these training materials before attempting to process marks this year.
