July DEOLO update
12 July 2019
Pride 2019
In the afternoon on Wednesday 3 July a group of SRS staff attended the award-winning musical Everybody’s Talking about Jamie as part of SRS’ Pride 2019 celebrations. The event was organised by Temoor Raja (Senior Student Immigration Adviser and SRS Assistant DEOLO LGBTQ+) with support from Wendy Appleby and Bella Malins.
We hope everyone had a great time at the theatre last week, and enjoyed celebrating London Pride 2019, last weekend.

UCL’s Department of Biochemical Engineering are partnering with Run Talk Run to create a space where, through movement, we improve wellbeing. It is a supportive space where we all run together, no racing, just an open time where you can talk (if you want – no pressure) or just run/walk/jog in a supportive group.
If you wish to discuss this please contact Michael Sulu – m.sulu@ucl.ac.uk but if you want to just run, and you have a smart phone, sign up to the run via the ‘Mycrew’ app. Everyone is welcome!
