Exam Boards at the Touch of a Button!

Derfel Owen, Director of Academic Services, will be hosting a town hall meeting to address queries about planned improvements to exam board reporting and related functionality on Portico, which will include:

• Automatic calculation of results.
• A standardised suite of reports, available at “the touch of a button”.
• Online approval processes.

All UCL academic and professional services staff are welcome to attend.

Faculty Consultations

We have arranged individual consultation workshops with each faculty to ensure their individual needs are met.

These sessions will take the form of a presentation/demonstration of prototype reports and a workshop to ensure that all requirements necessary for Boards to carry out their role have been captured.

The workshops are intended particularly for Exam Board Chairs and administrators, but any academic and professional services staff are welcome to attend the consultations for their respective faculties, listed below.

Additional Workshop

An additional session has been arranged for 4 February at 12pm which is open to any staff unable to attend their faculty's workshop. Further details and a link to book a place at this workshop are provided below.
