Enrolment Schedule for September 2019

In response to student and staff feedback and as part of improving the student experience of new students, Student and Registry Services and the Start of Session Working Group are releasing a new enrolment schedule for September 2019. This is possible in light of major improvements and developments to the enrolment process in the last 12 months. This new and revised schedule will ensure all new undergraduate students will have the opportunity to enrol by the end of the first day of the new academic year, Monday 23 September 2019. This will ensure they will be able to participate in all extracurricular and induction activities.

All new postgraduate students will also have an opportunity to enrol by the end of Thursday 26 September 2019. The reviewed weekend schedule incorporates programmes where a majority of students have work commitments which may limit their ability to attend during the working week.

With the increasing numbers of international students, the International Student Orientation Programme (ISOP) has been expanded to allow more students to enrol, attend the ‘We are all Global’ talks, start administrative tasks, and participate in the academic and social activities organised to assist them with settling in to the UK.
