A 4.2m Euro Funding Has Been Granted by EU for Green Hydrogen Production

Tang’s group is successful on a proposal “Green H2 production from water and bioalcohols by full solar spectrum in a flow reactor”, (acronym: GH2) to the EU call of HORIZON-EIC-2021-PATHFINDER CHALLENGES.
The project aims to produce green H2 from water using a flow reactor by photocatalysis, including experts in photocatalysis, thermal catalysis, reactor engineering, product separation, simulation and social science.
This multidiscipline project includes 11 research units from UK, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and Hong Kong, China, together with a few SMEs. Junwang is the PI of the whole project with an overall budget is 4.2m Euro.
