Pentland Scholarship
Value: Two scholarships available; each worth £59,546
To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants:
• Should be residents of a low or middle-income country, as defined by the World Bank in the year of application. (See: https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups .)
• Be able to demonstrate a commitment, via their past record or future plans, to improving public service and administration for the populations of low or middle-income countries.
• Submit a successful full application for the MPA in Public Management and Leadership (https://www.ucl.ac.uk/prospective-students/graduate/taught-degrees/public-management-and-leadership-mpa ) by 26 Jun 2026 for those that require a visa or 28 Aug 2026 for those who do not require a visa.
