  • New exhibition on 50 Years from Operation Condor

On May 23, 2026, a new exhibition marking the 50th anniversary since the official creation of Operation Condor will be opening at Montevideo’s Museum of Memory. This exhibition is the result of a collaboration between the UCL Plancondor.org team and the Museum, which has been ongoing since March this year. The exhibition will be displaying materials that have been compiled and prepared by the Plancondor.org team. There will be a launch event on May 23 at 15:00 (local time) at the Museum of Memory, Avenida Instrucciones 1057, Montevideo, with the participation of Plancondor.org team members Mariana Risso and Rodrigo Barbano (in-person), and Dr Francesca Lessa (via Zoom).

The exhibition is free to visit, and the Museum’s opening times are Monday to Saturday, 12:00-18:00. For more information: https://mume.montevideo.gub.uy/
