Disability and Neurodiversity Network
UCL Geography’s Disability and Neurodiversity Network promotes equal access to study and work, supporting disabled and neurodiverse students and staff across the department and wider university.
We believe that everyone should have equal access to high-quality geography education, regardless of disability or neurodiversity.
Geography is a desk, field and lab-based discipline, which can create challenges for some disabled and neurodiverse students and staff. It is our responsibility as a Department to ensure that no one is disadvantaged in their studies or day-to-day work.
The UCL Geography Department is proud to support this network.
The Inclusive Curriculum Project, set up by the Geography Discipline Network, hosts a wide range of guidelines and case studies for students studying geography, earth and environmental studies.
