Race Equality Charter Bronze
UCL was one of only eight institutions to receive the Race Equality Charter Mark Bronze Award for its work in Higher Education, renewed in 2020.

Established in 2018–2019, the BAME Network brings students and staff together to ensure that the needs of Black, Asian and ethnic minority students are being met, and to provide a focal point for social and career events. The Network has organised social gatherings (e.g., film screenings and pizza!) and career-focused activities.
